What is the minimum commitment?
Simple Development requires a minimum weekly commitment of 10 hours. There is no resource minimum.
Do you offer retainers?
Retainers are offered in 10 hour increments, with a minimum initial purchase of 50 hours. There is no resource minimum.
What does a standard implementation look like with Simple Development?
We start with an initial strategy call for one hour. Then we will begin with our initial discovery with all relevant stakeholders. Discovery lasts as little as a few days and as long as a few months, greatly depending on complexity of implementation and Salesforce instance provisioning timeline. After discovery, we will begin with the actual implementation. Then we build and add features as requested.
How long is a typical engagement?
A typical implementation lasts a few months, our maintenance contracts are for one year at a time, and can be terminated with one week notice.
